Brief: We approached our client Sport Direct about improving their abandon cart emails. The objective was to suggest best practices in design and copy/tone of voice to encourage an uplift in overall engagement.

Process: We used strategy and insight to identify the personas that engage with the cart process. Witch that we were able to come up with creative strategy coupled with design best practices to redesign and copy.

Result: Not only did Sport Direct adhere to our suggestions and roll out a new look and feel for their Abandon cart emails but there was noticeably huge increase in engagement.
