The Trusted Photographer program connects verified photographers with local businesses to enhance their presence on Google Maps. However, recent updates left many photographers frustrated, sparking the need for a fresh approach to rebuild trust and engagement.
What began as a dynamic email campaign quickly evolved into a full brand repositioning, redefining how Street View integrates within the Google Maps ecosystem.
A visually engaging email journey was developed to introduce and reinforce the Trusted Pro program in a clear, compelling way. Dynamic modules were designed to give developers the flexibility to customise emails based on specific needs, ensuring a more tailored and impactful experience for photographers.
This strategic shift not only repaired relationships but also strengthened the program’s long-term success within the Google Maps community.
