The brief: The Trusted Photographer program connects verified photographers with local businesses to supercharge their presence on Google Maps.
The client came to us with a problem: the photographers they work with weren’t happy with recent updates, and they wanted us to help mend some fences. But what started out as a dynamic email quickly spiralled into a full brand repositioning, and changes in how Street View lives within the Google Maps ecosystem.
We created an email path, that were to introduce and reinforce the Trusted Pro program, in an easy to understand and visually engaging way. We created dynamic modules within the email that allowed devs the flexibility to customise each email to fit the need.
With the success of our proactiveness and initiative to sell in more than emails, we now support Street View across a vast range of channels – including email, app, web, print, and live events. We’ve also redefined their brand’s look and feel, by bringing the “Pegman’ in Maps to life with a range of fun and readily-identifiable illustrations.
